Good question. I suppose one possibility could be to appoint one or a couple of administrator(s) who takes cares of the follow-up and posts the status of the portfolios to the board monthly or maybe even weekly.

The follow-up of the individual portfolios should be relatively easy to set up in for example My Yahoo!

Having raised the idea, I should also say that I have the time to take care of the administration, but would prefer to have someone(s) willing to act as a back-up in case I am not available. That means of course that we would have to share the access to the My Yahoo! account.
