AQ and OBL have learned the Jim Carville lesson well: "It's the economy, stupid." The next attacks will be on economic targets, not on people. I've posted this link before elsewhere. The article focuses on a broad range of issues dealing with the sea, including piracy. There is an excellent discussion of OBL's "Navy" and the details of just how unprotected our ports are.
