Or, because it's a middle-of-the-road sort of feeling and there are probably tens of millions of Americans who felt that exact same way he does... Maybe Kerry is simply a left-wing moderate? That's the way I read it. I'd rather have a lefty, but I'll take a moderate left-winger over someone on the right wing.
