That book is a big ball of yarns. I have read parts of it and I stopped when I heard and read reports that O'Neill had contradicted himself and flip-flopped regarding his meeting with Kerry and being in Cambodia himself. He is an unsavory character. Don't forget that O'Neill was handpicked by Colson and Nixon in 1971 to debate the eloquent Kerry regarding the Vietnam War. O'Neill lost and since then he has a personal vendetta against Kerry. Over the next 30 years or so, the GOP has been showering favours on O'Neill and his law firm in Texas. I am inclined to believe O'Neill wrote that book because he is beholden to the GOP. IMHO, O'Neill is a political opportunist and a liar.
