Haqi, like most experts, I have a guild which self-appoints themselves as resident expert on various matters. We consult and after due deliberation, appoint me. King George II has WMD experts who consult each other, appoint a military intelligence expert and declare that Saddam has WMDs. Same sort of thing. There are experts on all sorts of things. There are experts on shuttle o-rings. There are experts on "what God thinks" who often have a direct hotline so they get the dinkum oil which saves their acolytes making their own calls. There are experts on everything and other people need not have an opinion because the government is the biggest expert of all and decides everything for everyone so we can all just be happy little sheep, waiting to be fleeced and finally sent to the abattoir.
