These are both goddam out and out lies The number of Veterans "driven from the VA program" rises exponentially every time Kerry opens his lying mouth. It started at 650,00, now up to a million. The truth. Under President Bush the VA funding has soared 40% in three years, after being decimated by Clinton, from $22 billion under Clinton to $30 billion under Bush(this fiscal year). The waiting time for admission/doctors appointment was up to six months, or more in some areas under Clinton. Bush wants it down to 1 week, or less. The minor requirements to obtain help from the VA will affect no more than 165,000 wealthier vets with non-service connected disabilities and they will be accommodated, budget permitted. I get sick and tired of the lying SOB Kerry misrepresenting President Bush in order to gain the Vet's vote. He is a traitor and should have been held accountable for his actions in 1971.
