I'm not sure about Germany, but when I was next door in Denmark we were given a flier from the government that health care would be free so long as we have a valid visa (stamp in our passport). You won't find that in Cincinati.

No, and you won't find the quality of healthcare in Denmark you find in Cincinnati.
