- Posts (and other changes) to the Dev site NEVER get moved to the live site... and never will.

- Posts (and other) changes to the Dev site get deleted before each import from the live site.

- Imports are run periodically - from once every few hours to once ever few days. I'm about to start one now.

The error in my_account is a known bug... which I may try to fix, and Bob can fuss at me about it later. It's caused by trying to trim a null field.

The fix I was using in ASP apparently won't work in ASPX, so Bob will have to deal with the errors in My_Account.

Re: My second question is how one is suppose to edit their profile on the new site?

The profile editor will not be written and deployed until sometime after go-live. (project #1123)
