some of the money went directly to Afganistan and was going to go to infrastruction support in Iraq, but now most go for security that would not be needed now if people like Kerry wasn't giving comfort to the enemy now. I blame Kerry and Dean for most of the US soldiers deaths in Iraq. Halliburton is just a infrastructure building company. They are the best at it. They deserve the money they get. I bet you the Kerry would use Halliburton as well.
