"The New York Times said that it could not jump to the conclusion that the death of Moon had been caused by the hospitals’ refusal to give medical treatment. But Moon’s case clearly shows the flaws of the U.S medical system, which does not function appropriately for patients who are not covered by medical insurance and cannot speak English which results to their failure to understand medical terms, the newspaper fiercely pointed out."
