Too late for what. Kerry is calm under fire. he has been there, seen that. he won the hearts of the veterans today. Fantastic introduction of Kerry before his speech. Veterans want one of their own in the White House. McCain's actions should say it all. He is playing a very good balancing act even though he does not have to and can go all out to support Bush. He has his veteran's roots and his Republican roots. And he has played it very well so far.

The Republican top brass is talking about Guiliani and Arnold. Nobody is talking much about McCain as much!
