David, Strange these states with extremist liberal populations have the most expensive healthcare in the nation. Perhaps that ought to tell you something. Good observation. Think health care unions, regulations of what must be covered, what insurance companies can't do to limit their risks, trial lawyer heavens, liberal juries, unnecessary defensive treatments.
