Odd you should mention that but, having insurance I never read the bulletin board at my doctor's office. The last time there the gorgeous receptionist was sitting just inside a window with these notices around her. They had a list of services they would no longer perform due to insurance liabilities. Some were as simple as diagnostics, l;ab work etc.

The Democrats will continue the tort war on the sytem until they absolutely force that all health care be rationed and be 100% under Federal Govt control. That is the plan and why you see what you do. And once they do Federalize, (Hitler called it Nationalize), if you obtain care outside the system and you get caught, you will be charged with a felony. See Hillary Clinton's Nazi healthcare system she came up with back in 1994 or 1995.
