Miller has the same defense budget voting record as Kerry and has praised Kerry many times in the past. Zell's big thing used to be fiscal conservatism yet he allied himself with the most reckless fiscal deficit spender in history. Go figure. At his age sometimes senility kicks in. Or else he got kicked by a horse in the head. LOL
