SYDNEY (AFX) - Building approvals in July fell a seasonally adjusted 0.7 pct from June to 14,438, and were down 5.1 pct year-on-year, the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) said

Private sector home approvals in July rose a seasonally adjusted 2.8 pct from June to 8,960 units and declined 12.9 pct year-on-year.
