Tim Russert told Zell last week that he and Kerry have the exact same defense voting records. Zell blanched for a moment then went into another nervous tirade then changed the subject. Obviously Russert had hit the truth right onn the head and Zell looked like OJ on the witness stand.
Russert is perhaps the most credible man on TV so take it from him. I'm sure he's right to because every weapons system the rightwing says Kerry voted against he also voted for in better versions of the same bill. Kerry also voted for the biggest defense b udgets in history and is the #10 most liveral in the senate, not #1. That is a pure fabrication based on last season's voting record when Kerry was busy campaigning the whole time. It was based on one abortions rights vote or something. Amazing lies from the right. Pure Politburo style propaganda.
