They figured easily 51% of the population wanted George Bush out of office. The trouble is they didn't examine the primary votes. Less than 10% of the party nominated John Kerry through the primary process. The people that didn't vote are now beginning to pay attention because the election is getting closer. They listen to George Bush and say to themselves, he doesn't sound stupid. In fact he's an extremely likable person. This doesn't jive with the George Bush is an idiot theme. 2nd. They see that Kerry is running on his 4 months in Vietnam, but they find out that John Kerry receives his 1st purple heart in Vietnam, but 9 days AFTER the incident that wins him the purple heart he writes in his own journal in his own words that they HAVEN'T seen an combat action. Hmm the people that are starting to watch are scratching their heads and questioning: "this is the party telling me George Bush is an idiot?????" 3rd. John Kerry tells us that he will get a UN resolution and a coalition of nations before taking any action against another nation, yet when a 190 nation coalition was formed WITH France and Germany and a UN resolution to remove Iraq forces from Kuwait, he voted against it! Read that again, HE VOTED AGAINST IT! This is the party telling people that George Bush is an idiot????? 4th. John Kerry is telling us that he will strengthen our intelligence agencies and our military, yet every time, EVERY TIME!, there was a vote in Senate he did exactly the opposite and voted to reduce intelligence spending and cancel Military weapons. This is the party telling people that Bush is an idiot????????? Hatred alone isn't going to win this election, you have a candidate that is uninspiring, and doesn't know who he is himself. Jim
