In fact Miami is still very much in danger leading to a far from impossible doomsday scenario

If you find a commodity that appears to be trading without a risk premium, recommend you trade it. I took an OJ long the morning before Charley because it appeared there was no risk premium. I noticed today that OJ the last 48 hours had added 10 cents of premium for Frances. Best trade for OJ today is on the short side. I haven't looked at Florida crops or materials, but it could well be the market hasn't factored any risk into the price.
