Walmart and the other retailers will have a good excuse when they report their next numbers. Frances (I wish they had named it "Godzilla") in addition to being as wide across as the state of Florida, is expected to pound the state for more than 48 hours before moving into Georgia. So for probably three days or more a good part of the fourth largest state will be shut down.
