Most of the Bush campaign is based on lies. Like Kerry is weak on defense or was somehow dishonorable in Nam or in 1971, or that he flip-flops. Actually each and every GOP charge can be disproven just by looking at the facts. The only blemish on Kerry's record there is is that he voted against the Gulf War. That is one mistake in 20 years which he regrets. Everything else he's done was right. Especailly since after the Gulf War where he learned a lesson and became more of a strong mature moderate.
