zell miller's speech will be as effective, in an inverse way, against the election of john kerry as the little girl and atomic bomb ad was against the election of barry goldwater back in 1964. anyone worried about their family (or themselves) whose neurons are not frozen, would certainly be impacted by miller's rendition of kerry's senate voting record on america's weapons and defense bills.
