"You apparently believe we are not at war." War can only be DECLARED by Congress. Since Congress has not declared a war against Iraq, then we are NOT officially at war. What we have in Iraq is a neocon inspired military operation to defeat Israel's enemy on her eastern flank. It was the doctored Mossad intelligence passed to Bush by Feith, Wolfowitz, Perl and Shulsky & co. that motivate Bush to declare that Saddam has WMDs and that Saddam and Al-Qaeda cooperated in 9/11. It was all a lie to advance the Israeli agenda at the expense of the American taxpayers and 1000 dead young Americans.
