Tim Russert's research staff knows what they are talking about. They are #1 most credible political show in history. When they cite a senate record, it's true 99.99% of the time. remember, all the BS about Kerry's defesne votes is taken out of contest. Same with the intelligence funding BS. In fact Bush's CIA shief choice Porter Goss called for twice as many cuts to the CIA after the COld War as Kerry. Twice as many. Bushies wont tell you that will they?
