Good analogy - but rewarding bad behaviour encourages it. In this case the reward detracts from the focus of the board.

Didn't Kerry kick Bush's cowardly butt tonight? Right after Bush's speech all the networks were focused on - John Kerry for a half hour. heh heh

And boy did he take fat ass liar Cheney to the woodshed. That corrupt bastard really had been asking for it. Those two will think twice before they go negative on Kerry again. Kerry hits back very hard. The truth is quite a weapon. It hurts rightwingers.
