Thanks Jay, Bill Hickman over on the REITS was mentioning about the pebble based stuff which has me pursuing this whole thing further... He read something in Wired also.. maybe this... It fits nicely with the latest Don Coxe Basic Points...

The problem nuclear energy suffered was because the same technology to produce electricity was used to scare people that the Russians were coming to burn us t death.
The ignorant masses mixed those atomic explosions mushrooms inside their heads during the night. Add the fossil fuel lobby and the result couldn't be diferent

Surely nuclear will come back. It needs to all those people who saw the propaganda of the Cold War to die out.
