This Fatwa ruling still stands:

The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it.

I'm happy for you that the ruling doesn't cause you any fear or concern. You seem to be a very well-adjusted person. Do you whistle a lot? Especially when passing graveyards? <gg>

Because Putin(unlike Bush) is not taking care of the murderous Islamic terrorists outside of Russia, this is what is happening inside Russia. You should thank George Bush that you don't feel threatened.
