Hello Vernie,

I didn't get COST with a particular scan, but believe that if you can define numerically what you mean by 2 long red candles and how much of a gap down (this can be either a straight $ amount or a % of previous pricing) then almost any formula can be written into a scan.

Personally, I prefer to use the Worden stuff (TCNet or TC2000) as it is extremely user friendly, and the results manipulated with almost socialistic ease (!), whereas I've never been all that comfortable with the stockcharts scanning interface (and dropped my premium membership with them last year).

Dabum and I have been working with the TC stuff now for over a year and it's so good it's insidious.
