The Republican Party--beginning with the insane days of Ronald Reagan--has become the Party of colossal government. That's the irony. They believe in colossal government so long as it's spent on the military. But that's not government spending according to those insane Republicans. According to them, it's not governmental in nature so long as it's not paid for with taxes. Just add it to the deficit.

What's the military budget for next year? $300 billion? $400 billion? $500 billion? Who cares, right? We don't pay for it with taxes.

<Family values> ??? Anti-abortion and lots of death penalties. Bush spent an average of 15 minutes reviewing each death penalty sentence in Texas and, I believe, never gave a pardon once.

Clinton and Kerry represent traditional Republican values much more than that ass Bush.
