Very much on point!!

John Kerry hasn't had any major legislation passed during his 18 years in the Senate. If he can't lead in the Senate how can we expect him to lead the nation? Only with the Peter's Principle does one take a person who has risen to the level of their incompetency and promote them!

exactly, Congress did the same thing on the energy bill and tort reform.

Kerry attacked Bush on issues at the DNC, but those were bills that didn't get through Congress.
