"but his policy has been stable."

Too true. Like his steadfast opposition to Condi appearing before the 9/11 Commission. Or his opposition to the 9/11 Commission itself. Or his opposition to the Department of Homeland Security. Or the steel tariffs. Or...

It should NOT be tied to current events. Those with at least half a mind realize there will be ups and downs. This is why it is important to have a strong leader like Bush rather than a weak one like Kerry. You can't have someone who makes policy based on the politics of the moment, which is clearly what Kerry would be doing.

You made a statement, I showed you the truth. You are no different than Americans who should not but are...should not believe that saddam was a threat, but can be misled into exactly that belief by a simpleminded man behind whose presumed courage is really a collection of ideologues with very dangerous ideas.

Bush may have made some mistakes, but his policy has been stable. This has required immeasurable courage, and courage like no president has shown since the Cuban Missle Crisis, IMO.

Stable and wrong...a deadly combination. Iran, Korea and Palestine languish...Europe, Russia and China are alienated. This is a dangerous man. Hey, but as bush pointed out last night, we have poland and italy at our side...I feel so much safer.

It's clear that the feeling of Americans is ambivalent and closely tied to the current events in iraq.

Apparently, your own inherit weaknesses permit you to think that Bush is a strong leader and that you need him to lead you. Many of the rest of us don't need that kind of leader. We want our leader to serve us..........intelligent, secure people do not need to be led.
