I have to throw the Bullshit! flag on this one.

Simple health care which provides education, testing and condoms could have cut this crisis off at the pass.

Are you aware that many African males think condoms are unmanly? We're dealing with a third world country here, and to get them to realize proven 'scientific' facts is....shall we say...a tab bit difficult.
