Kerry voted in favor of the Pentagon appropriations 16 out of 19 years. He did not vote against specific weapons systems, as the attack ads would have you believe. He voted for cuts in post Cold War appropriates, JUST LIKE DICK CHENEY ADVOCATED.

Ask Cheney: who stopped the B-2 bomber (one of the systems Kerry allegedly voted against)? Who canceled the F-14? Who wanted to cut the intelligence budget?

I'll give you a hint: his initials were DC.

Also, who signed a document with these findings?

Reductions to the existing and planned intelligence resources may be possible without damaging the nation's security. Indeed, finding such reductions is critical . . . (I)t is clear a more rigorous analysis of the resources budgeted for intelligence is required.

I'll give you a hint: his initials were PW.

Ooops.
