TP, Under Bush's watch not only did North Korea go nuclear, but South Korea too.

Read it again. South Korean scientists enriched the uranium four years ago, i.e. under Clinton's watch.

By the way, you're also wrong about North Korea, too, since they started breaking the agreement under Clinton's watch as well. But at least you're consistent. ;-)
