Miller's defense and intel budget voting record is exactly the same as Kerry's. The Iraq vote was a special item, not a budget vote. Kerry was right about that vote too as now the 87 billion is squandered. All he wanted was some accountability and for part of it to be paid for. But nope, Bushies dont care about fiscal responsibility anymore. How many of those billions have just disappeared into thin air? Also, Kerrry was the first person to demand better body armor for trh troops. Bush sent them into battle without it. The Bush ads about this are totasl lies. Dont back liars.
