It was still under Clinton's watch. Kind of like the start of the recession.

And what has Bush done about it the past 3 years?

More than what Clinton did in the six years following Carter's 1994 accord.


You're confused........we're talking SK now, not NK. And speaking of which, what has Bush done about NK? And about Israel's nuclear proliferation?

All I can see is that Bush refuses to sign nuclear non proliferation agreements. He seems to be part of the problem rather than part of the solution. Not much of a leader, is he?
