What does Exxon say about carbon dioxide levels rising and the resultant increase in temperature? Do they say how long this oil will last? Maybe a century but it'll cost a lot more. Isn't that amazing? In only 2 centuries man can consume what took nature millions of years to make. Then what? Does Exxon mention anything about the thermohaline cycle and result of disturbing it with an increase in atmospheric temperature? I believe the last time it changed Europe was covered in ice. I doubt it, more likely that BP will though. Too bad the crackpots in the Bush administration think the Kyoto accords are a joke and prefer to maximize US CO2 emissions rather than do anything about reducing them.
