Zell is a liar. He has the exact same defense voting record and intel budget voting record as Kerry. Plus, Cheney and Bush Sr. also supported many of the defense cuts Kerry backed, and Porter Goss wanted twice as many intel cuts. This was the post Cold War "peace Dividend" period and cutting defense and intel budgets was a bi-partisan thing. Zell is a balf-faced liar not to mention cuckoo as a cocoa puff.
