I feel like a Jew in 1935 Germany. Seriously.

That may be the single most laughable statement that you have made to date. Saying that the current electoral process is equivalent to the Holocaust is reprehensible. If you really feel that way, it may be time for you to consider armed resistance.

>>I devote my time voluntarily. This election is the first I've ever been involved in and is the most important of our lives. I believe Bush is a liar, corrupt and inept, and that the people behind him are even worse. God help us if this guy gets re-elected. We cannot let it happen. We have the truth on our side but the disinformation and smear campaigns on the right are immense. I feel like a Jew in 1935 Germany. Seriously.<<

American Spirit, I absolutely believe you are serious. That is what bothers me. I think you should turn off your computer for this weekend and get out and enjoy living. Take some time off from posting and consider what things or people are really important in your life. Whether Bush wins or Kerry wins the world will continue to turn.

I ask you American Spirit, what are you going to do the day after the election if you get up and Kerry has won? What are you going to do if you get up and Bush has won?Are you going to continue hating those who have differing view then yours?

It is fine to have strong feelings about an election. It appear that you have moved way beyond what is a healthy involvement in politics and I am honestly concerned for your well being.
