Those are Bush administration figures. What's you're point, their poverty isn't ABJECT enough to count? This is poverty in America: "The "absolute poverty line" is the threshold below which families or individuals are considered to be lacking the resources to meet the basic needs for healthy living; having insufficient income to provide the food, shelter and clothing needed to preserve health." We have 40 million people below this threshold. The number has increased during Bush's term. wordiq.com
