I feel sure you are right about NGX.wt.a. If the terms are identical the price should be identical too. (see my comments on LLCF's Precious Metal warrants thread if this is of any interest).

(Incidentally, Northgate has bought Sustut for Doublestar's COST. DSR was carrying it in their books @$1,700,000 which will be the total purchase price. There's no profit for doublestar EXCEPT in the royalty that comes with production. )
