"I didn't think that even they would stoop so low!" Bill is a major hate figure for them, if you haven't noticed. Hillary is number 2. While there are a number of conservatives that wouldn't boo, and I do consider a majority of posters here in their number, Tench among them, it still is a fact that Bill has been demonized amongst the majority of the Republican faithful. Frankly, I think they are all capable of such hate. Its disgusting. The man has a serious condition that could kill him and you can bet your bottom dollar they cheered when they heard he was ill.
