The solution is multi faceted. One of my disappointments with Dubya is that he did not use the bully pulpit to move the energy bill. Politicians of each party are guilty on this one. This should be a national issue - with a debate - a conclusion - a decision - then action. The left has used the issue to demonize the providers of the solution. The right has not focused sufficiently on conservation. My recommendation to readers is to buy the energy stocks - it is a safe bet that only a crisis will bring the needed national answer. Bob
