I didn't get off a boat. I was just curious because many that post similar to you, aren't citizens. No problem, just a interest during debate. I believe it is not a good debate when some of these others refuse to state their citizenship, yet snipe at the US. Naturally I am curious what they do in their countries to better things, but their is only the one sided argument from them.

Maternal or paternal side? 5 generations puts you at great-great-grandparents so 16 ancestors. 7 generations back puts you at great-great-great-great-grandparents so 64 ancestors.

Which lines were you speaking of when you said 7 generation citizen of the US of A.....
