Yes, Europe can kowtow to that stupid Kyoto Treaty because of nuke power and the fact that they tax the hell out of their 5 or 6 dollar a gallon gasoline. Pretty nice, the rich can tool along the autobahn at 150 MPH in their BMW's while the poor can ride the bus or walk. Very egalitarian..
