What you don't seem to realize is that Bush is a politician beholden to so many capitalist cronies in the gas, oil, and coal industries. Do those northern lights affect your brain or is it perhaps all that high potency weed you're growing up there in BC? I like Canadians but there are far too many of you who live in some sort of socialist fog. Small wonder, since your government censors opposing viewpoints such as not allowing Fox News to broadcast up there. He doesn't want the rapid development of hi-tech that will help in obviating the need for fossil fuels. That's a blatantly idiotic and irrational statement. Bush, mistakenly IMO, is just as bad as the Dems in throwing taxpayer money at energy boondoggles in an attempt to score political points. The government needs to get the hell out of the energy business and let the free market (CAPITALISM) work.
