"Beyond Borders" was a movie. The male lead was played by the same cat who played the title role in King Arthur. Both movies gave me the impression that he thinks he knows what is best for everyone. "Beyond Borders" was offensive to me because it was sympathetic to do-gooders who actually do more harm than good.

From what I've observed, it seems that many of the African warlords have Hitler-like attributes. Of course they have their hands full intimidating their own people, and haven't graduated to attempting that on us yet, ala Osama bin Laden.
