I know and must admit that their inaction for decades has given me a very negative impression of the Muslim community. Why didn't they confront these barbarian terrorists before it grew to global proportion? Our local hospitals have many immigrant physicians from the ME who still wear their traditional head-dress. On Sept 13, 2001 I visited my mother at the local hospital & upon entering the front door two of these turbaned MDs stood directly in my path chatting with each other. For 48hrs the question had run through my mind...why weren't these inhuman terrorists stopped at the source before 3000 innocent Americans were incinerated? The 2 doctors looked towards me...I stared into their eyes & could see they were stunned by the anger they saw. They separated as I walked directly between both of them towards the elevator. Possibly those Muslim physicians had no idea why they received such a steely glare from a stranger, but the expression in their eyes appeared to convey that they got the message from an angry American. Hopefully the videos of the pitiful Russian children has finally revived the once dead conscience of the Muslim community.
