From my point of view, the much larger issue is the wisdom of someone granting their account access to another user, effectively eliminating any expectation of privacy they may have had, not to mention the privacy of others who have sent or may send them a PM with the expectation that only the intended recipient could see it. The person granting that access has betrayed the confidence of others, and may have unwittingly violated their privacy. If some action is to be taken here, that is the key issue: the betrayal and violation of the expectation of privacy of other unsuspecting users. I plan to take it up with Bob, but it may have to wait on the back burner for a bit due to other more pressing issues.
