Bush is working? When? He has taken more time off than any president in history. He has spent fully 75% of his time either resting or campaigning/fundraising. He never stopped campaigning after 2000. In august 2001 as he was being warned about Al Qaida's intention to attack us using hijackings, he took the longest-ever presidential vacation. When he does work it's usually something very political he's trying to do, usually in order to fool people and distract them from a real issue, weakness or problem.
