On the contrary, I find that she writes rather concisely Concise is the antonym of her posting style. It's more akin to breathless emotional hyperbole. When she's presented with facts that don't fit her narrow view of reality, she either ignores them or starts screaming her sound bites even louder. I'm afraid that concepts such as nuanced dialog and reasoned debate are beyond her ability to grasp. Add in her constant bragging about how intelligent, well connected and important she is (a sure sign of low self esteem and a minuscule ego) and you have someone who would be the scourge of a dinner party and an individual whom most people would wish to avoid whenever possible. In her little world, she's infatuated with Kerry. He's her champion, her knight in shining armor, and as a consequence, anyone who doesn't agree with her that Kerry is a wonderful, marvelous, 100% perfect superman is an evil right wing Nazi, liar and various other permutations of same. She can't accept the fact that Kerry is just another politician and a rather droning and dreary one at that, with an undistinguished record in the Senate and a voting record that puts him far to the left of mainstream America. I'm a libertarian and by no means a Bush apologist. He's got flaws up the yang, as far as I'm concerned, but I consider him to be the better choice of the two if I'm forced to pick between them, and I'll probably end up voting for him, without much enthusiasm. I love to debate, with both lefties and righties who display a bit of reasoning ability, but not with people like AS, who seems congenitally incapable of even attempting to look at a differing viewpoint with a modicum of objectivity. Attempting to engage her in any sort of serious conversation is a complete waste of time. And on that note, I'm off to BBQ and enjoy the holiday weekend...
